Dolphin Continental Hotel

We stayed at dolphin continental for 5 days. Upon arrival we had arrived late due to issues at the airport. Even with this, they managed to accommodate us late at night with a clean big room. We were treated with nothing but kindness and empathy from the staff. We had been picked up with a hotel van which carried all our luggage so we did not wait at all at the airport. We had amazing breakfast and when we would come back from our travels in Kuwait, the staff would greet us at the door ready to take our bags to our room. The staff truly care about their guests and go out their way to give a great service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a memorable experience in Kuwait. The sea view was so beautiful and a short walk away. The area is surrounded by quality coffee shops and malls. There is a lot to do in the area especially for families. Great hotel experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The location is excellent, close to lots of restaurants and malls. While I didn't try the breakfast (preferred to eat out), the convenient airport shuttle was a huge plus. Highly recommend!

On the positive side, the hotel staff was very responsive and helpful, always replying to my messages promptly. They were very supportive when arranging the airport shuttle. Even though we arrived earlier than expected, they immediately accommodated us in a vacant room. Additionally, even though we didn’t realize the Kuwaiti power outlet was three-phase, the hotel kindly provided an adapter for our European-type devices. The breakfast was excellent, with hot items like gözleme and waffles made fresh and served right away. There was a great variety, catering to all tastes.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were very attentive and professional. The breakfast was a really luxurious buffet with lovely staff attending and in a lovely environment that offers both views of the city and the sea. The room was big, spotless clean, well lit and I got a nice view of both the city and the gulf. I was allowed to check in early and they organized a FREE drop off to the airport. Oh, the location is splendid, next to the sea, shopping opportunities and restaurants, in the heart of trendy Salmiya. Lovely pick!

This hotel ticked all the boxes for me. Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly, true hospitality. They offered free pick up and drop off from the airport. The room looked exactly the same as photo. Breakfast was perfectly adequate and during my stay it was delivered to the room due to Ramadan. Considered the quality offered the hotel is great value. The location in Salmiya is a little bit far from the city, but I think this area itself is interesting to explore and there are a lot of restaurant and shopping options. It’s also easy to go to the center with very frequent bus connections.
